DoubleJ Posted June 8, 2020 Share Posted June 8, 2020 @randyh That isn't entirely true. I purchased a Klipsch Soundbar from an Amazon Reseller and had issues with the remote after 40 days. I had the sales slip and proof of Registration and when validating the warranty with Klipsch support, they said the Amazon merchant I purchased it from wasn't an approved Seller of their products on Amazon.
