codyhedge Posted July 8, 2020 Share Posted July 8, 2020 Have had my R20-B for a couple years now with no issues. I recently moved into a new place nearby - I gently sat my my sound bar/amp in my car, drove to the new place and reconnected. Everything powered up like normal, but now for the first time there is no sound coming from the amp. When power cycling the amp, I get a red light for ~1-2 seconds and then it turns a constant blue. I have tried resetting the sound bar but it did not fix the issue, as well as other iterations of power cyxling. I also tried pressing/holding the factory reset on the amp (per a thread I found) but it did nothing - blue light stayed constant and never flashed (apparently what it should have done if reset). I created a support ticket with Klipsch last week but have still not heard back. Any thoughts? Love the system, hate that the amp isnt working. Any info is greatly appreciated!
