Tired of thinking about it, and didn't want to spend a almost a grand to fix my good ole Hasty Bake.  Been drooling over a Kamado Joe ceramic cooker. Big Joe III.   Anybody got one or a Big Green Egg or similar?

They are pricey, from what I hear one of the great things about them are for people in the North where they want to grill and smoke in the winter,  There very good at being very insulated just because of how they are made.

I have the XL Big Green Egg,.LOVE IT. If I was looking for new, I would go with Primo, made in USA, some cool accessories that spit grill space.

Indirect for brisket, direct, 700 degrees for steaks. Pizza, everything is good on there.

That's what I like about the Big Joe III and Kamado Joe grills in general.  Will check out a Primo, thx.
