Big Glenn
Several here have had the same issue. My pair were new so Amazon replaced them. I believe Klipsch would have also replaced them. I haven't tried the update on the new pair. Edited August 11, 2020 by Big Glenn spelling

I had the same issue when attempting the firmware update on a brand new pair. Klipsch agreed to a warranty replacement, as mine were less than 48 hours old. I hope yours were still under warranty. Even if they weren’t, imho Klipsch is responsible as it was their update that caused the problem. I don’t think their is any sort of “fix”, as customer service didn’t even suggest anything to try. It took nearly four weeks to get my replacements. Which are still working, with no issues. In case you are wondering; No, I’ve not attempted any firmware update.
