People told me that I was too young to retire; but I was never one that listened to others -- I do regret it. Ha! I semi-retired for a couple of years but then in 2008 the CDS Crisis hit and I've been working ever since. Good thing I enjoy what I do... For 82, he is still driving, walking, drinking coffee and probably having sex....I only say "sex" because his wife is not quite 65. LOL... I try to engage him about beer and he starts talking about Root Beer... Here is a pretty darn good cheap German Pils...

rplace
Yum, I liked the one I've had. This wonderfully, warm October turned cold the last few days of the month. And November always sees me turning to darker, hardier beers. I've had a bottle of Brooklyn Black Ops that I've been saving since 2016. I decided to crack it open last night. Very well rounded and tasty beer. Not over powered by the bourbon or the oak. I should have bought two! At 11.6 ABV it is not a small beer. Still no noticeable alcohol or heat. Very well done, Brooklyn.

billybob
Going to my heavier collection of taste. Stout, dark, seasonal... Egg Nog is back so, usually gravitate towards vodka, and more likely bourbon. Cheers!

Zen Traveler
It's great to see so many people pour a nice ale into a glass but surprising so many would drink from the bottle and NONE from the can...

Zen Traveler
I Homebrewed for years until I discovered Belhaven Scottish Ale...I then donated my cases of Grolsch bottles (and even more brown pint bottles) to the local Homebrew club....My favorite was using Muntons Nutbrown Ale and fresh strawberries.

BigStewMan
well, I think I have the fine folks at Guinness' opinion on the matter. I've got a can of Guinness here and the print on it reads Best enjoyed when poured into a glass.
