$2500 budget for 7.1

Experts -

I am a 100% newb to Klipsch, but I'm going all in for my new Home Theater.  $2500 is my budget for speakers + Receiver.  My only requirement is that the speakers will be 100% in-wall / in-ceiling (exception is the Center.   Few options I've considered:  CDT-5800-C II, RP-640D and R-1800C
