Bosco-d-gama
When covid19 started in America it was a known peril with many unknown facts. Covid19 required immediate treatment for the sick, immediate evaluation of the organism and public health policies set to try and control the spread of the disease. These were hard things to do. These were costly things to do. But the consequences of not doing them were worse in every regard. And our gov’t made the promise that it would bring us covid19 vaccines ASAP with an unheard of timeline of less than one year. The public was asked to do a few simple and inexpensive things. And for so many wrong reasons too many in the public refused to listen. For some illogical reasons too much of the public determined that it understood infectious diseases better than the professionals. Now this part of the public knows it was wrong. Now is too late because they have undermined the entire country. Now the naysayers have cost all Americans a tremendous fortune and delivered untold tragedies for so many families. Instead of adhering to a wise policy to keep covid19 as controlled as possible some decided they had to have Sturgis, spring breaks, massive riots and political rallies. Americans who did this know who they are. I hope they know how to hang their heads in shame. Because of them there is a huge price paid and much more to come as the long term consequences of covid19 unfold in the future. The status of covid19 in America today is not China’s fault. It is not the fault of covid19. It is the direct fault of those people who failed their country, their families and themselves. https://www.cbsnews.com/news/deadliest-us-year-2020-mainly-due-to-covid-19/?ftag=CNM-00-10aac3a

IMHO people who refused to wear masks should be at the back of the line for vaccinations. I would also include civil authorities who refused to enforce mask ordinances in this sentiment. There a many healthcare workers who’ve died doing their jobs caring for the covid19 victims. Any armchair quarterbacks who made covid19 worse than it needed to be deserve the very least. Back of the line if they contract covid19. Back of the line for covid19 vaccinations.
