rmklipsch
Hello, I need some help to know what I am doing wrong. Do I have wrong AV? I have just finished setting up my home theater with below speakers using Denon AVR S750h. 2 - R-625FA Tower Speakers 2 - R-41M Bookshelf Speakers 1 - R-52C Center Channel Speaker Audyssey calibration did not come out asI was expecting so tried to calibrate using SPL measurements. However, even when I crank up the level adjustment to max of 12db, my SPL readings are still at 65db. Am I doing anything wrong? i have volume set up as -75db to be 18db instead of 0-98. are my speakers not receiving enough power or is there anything wrong in how I am measuring SPL? Using decibel x with “C” measurement with slow response. attached is how my audyssey came up with in a 25x18 room.
wuzzzer
Well, for one thing, turn the gain down on your sub and re run Audyssey. The fact that it's lowering its output -12.0dB means the gain is set way too high.
