You could always take orders from the forum and ship them. :)

If I send from Germany to the USA by airfreight it is already very expensive, in addition still taxes & duties....this is unfortunately too expensive ...plus exchange rate $ > €   smilie_shop_023.gif

@MicroMara;

how would you elaborate the differences between ordinary power cable that usually comes with newly purchased devices and the power cables that are sold separately? What are benefits when buying a separate power cable in general? Can you share your thoughts about that?

..of course I can share my thoughts ....usually you get anlong with the amp a power cord with max. AWG 16 per phase. I´m using AWG 11 per phase as well as male and female pure copper plugs. Usually an amp recates with a warmer, more stunning stage, better resolution and dynamics in the overall FQ Spectrum. Controlling the plus ( + )  and minus ( - )  phases is also important

No duty on items under $200 to the USA as I recall.

Designed a Bi > Bi Wire cable for Bi Amping applications . 4 x AWG 10 , 12 feet long . The white marked pair is for amp 1 , the red marked pair for Amp 2 . This assigns the correct phases. The long de-insulated sides are for the amp the short ones for the Bi Wire Terminal

My new generation SolidCore Phono Cables

They consist of OFC solidcore conductors a 0.75 mm, heat shrink tubing over them, the shielding outsourced, the solidcore conductors pulled through Teflon tubes and lightly braided together. The shielding runs outside in the fabric braid, except for the unshielded one, where I used a conventional fabric tube.

Just started out with a razor... `cause I got some ten gauge a half hour ago.

My wire cutters couldn't handle it!

Good thing the tin snips were in the tool tray I have with me!

Connectors have dual offset screws so I think I'll make good contact. But don't kick me out @MicroMara they're gonna be ugly and it's my first attempt, didn't get any boots or sleeves to go over the thick part to the connector either. Probably do that later and if I lose four inches no problem. Getting the wire like this is way cheaper!

wire end ferulles are quiet important , they optimize the contact surface
