Unless there is something not pictured, I really doubt the components, except for what is shown in the picture, are bad at all. The glue for the sticker on the driver and the horn shows some real heat was in that area. With no pictures of the other speaker or the grill on what looks to be the hot side, there might be some hiddens. If all I had to do is buy one horn to have some Khorns for the garage, I would, maybe, go $201 +/- $200.
