Cecilia
I have my Dad’s La Scalas. Probably 50 years old. Sound beautiful. My old Onkyo Integra receiver is failing. I need a new one. Any thoughts? There are so many and I have no idea which would be best to power these speakers. Thanks for any suggestions. Cecilia

jimjimbo
Get some updates to the speaker crossovers, and then spend a reasonable amount on a vintage, perhaps fisher tube receiver that believe me, will make you and the la Scalas very, very happy
MC39693
Welcome to the forum. If you listen only to audio, and tubes are not what you want, may I suggest a Luxman R-117. Will connect phono, CD etc, lots of good power, excellent sound. Might be a tad hard to find. Vintage is the best deal, just be careful to buy a fully functioning unit. Good luck and enjoy the Klipsch sound.
