That appears to be the CT120 which to my ears is a huge upgrade over K77. The CT125, I consider an update. The x-over is a different approach with a lower crossover point for the mid/tweeter. A move Klipsch has done as well since leaving the K77. To me, it depends on what it replaced. My 4500's replaced an AB xover in a pair of Belles, that was an upgrade. If moving from AA to A4500, just a slightly different approach without catering to the tweeter. More of an update. Either way, nice speakers. Very nice actually.
