Sorry to say not the company I remember when I was selling many years ago.I am OK with growth and change. I submitted two questions with follow up and never got a response from anyone at Klipsch.

 

Asked about a firmware upgrade and the other was about amplification. Lucky I am technical and worked through the issues by myself.

 

I think this is a systemic issue with many manufacturers in this industry. It won't drive many away because of my love for music...but it has convinced me to make new choices. Hope something changes!
