Submitted Customer Support Request 12/15/20, No Answer

I have a pair of R-28PF speakers that stopped working in December. I submitted the request to customer service about two months ago with no response. What am I supposed to do with these two 50 pound speakers? Is it normal to have to replace speakers like this each year? I have sound bars and book shelf speakers of other brands that are 5-10 years old. 

What do I do??

Lots of places have been crippled by the plague......or cold

 

that dont work to well either... sat on hold for 30 minutes last week with no answer.  emailed 3 weeks ago & no answer.... every other company or utility i have called since this "pandemic" started has answered their phone in 10-15 minutes or sooner & replied to emails within a week if not a couple days... no reason klipsch cant handle customer service better.

 

shoot i even called the IRS last week & got through within about 15 minutes.
