NADman 591 Posted February 14 Apparently I'm not the only one who is cold. Up to date Ventusky pic of NA. You don't want to be 'in the pink'.
The Dude 5208 Posted February 14 Nope, been in the negatives here for a few days. Today the high was -4 with a low of -13, tomorrow not any better at -2 with a high and -20 for the low.

Thaddeus Smith 4548 Posted February 14 We're getting it right now in N.Texas. Haven't seen snow like this in a decade or so. Had a couple of goat kids born Friday afternoon. Always seems to be the way it goes.. 8

MC39693 442 Posted February 15 It has been -29 Celsius or so at night for about 10 days here in Calgary. Snowed a fair bit n Victoria at my other house. 3.9 earthquake near Banff. Yikes what’s next? 2
billybob 13887 Posted February 15 Dave I'm turning on my electric blanket just in case. Them baby kids looking warm enough... cool.
MC39693 442 Posted February 15 With this cold, I should post my Eddie Bauer mid-80s expedition coat on the garage section... 10 pounds of really great goose down, warmest coat ever! Straight trade for an RC-7 anyone? I’ll toss in a pair of electric heated gloves... maybe a pair of Sorel -50 rated boots... come on, you know you want all that fashion!
Mallette 4523 Posted February 15 Expecting a foot or more of snow in Texarkana. It will definitely be a record. Nice to get your whole winter in only four days and it be a mess of snow! After that, it will be springtime. Camelot! I love it here.
Seadog 1262 Posted February 15 We haven't seen temperatures this low in north Texas for 30 years. We'll have near record snow on top of the cold. Fort Worth already experienced that horrible 100+ car pile up on Thursday morning that killed 6. My wife left home this afternoon to check in to a hotel near the hospital in Fort Worth where she works. She will stay there through Thursday to avoid the 22-mile commute in the weather that is coming.
Mallette 4523 Posted February 15 Not likely to have wrecks here. It's started with snow only which is easy to drive on unless you are a nutcase. Of course, plenty of those but pretty easy to get out of their way.
wuzzzer 1988 Posted February 15 Today's high was -11, overnight low is supposed to be -26. It hasn't been above 0 here for over a week.
richieb 7316 Posted February 15 Then I guess I shouldn’t complain but a high today +2 just south of KC. Currently -2, tonight negatory 5-10. And a fair amount of wind, 20-25 below windchill. Nothing to brag about until next weekend -
yamahaSHO 373 Posted February 15 -15 right now at my place, which is 8k ft. But, it's Colorado and will be nearly 50F on Friday.
BigStewMan 19957 Posted February 15 you poor old saps ... we have a balmy 34 degrees right now; but under an ice storm advisory. I'm now understanding why I paid a fortune to live in Los Angeles. Weather is very important to me. So why do I live in the PNW you may ask ... because I hate myself and figure it was time to torture myself. 1
JohnJ 12148 Posted February 15 Rain, too much of it here in the Piedmont of NC. SC is close enough to ride a bicycle to, so we had low 20s to close to 40 for a week and at minimum a half foot of rain. I'd prefer snow but then I'd be fearful to drive anywhere. Why I have to take a test to renew my driver's license, I'll never know if they're just handing them out for nothing somewhere else.
