Schwa 20 Posted March 4 Yep, it’s been frustrating over the past few months trying to get timely updates for parts and support inquiries. I got a response from a real person yesterday! - i responded to the automated ''we received your request'' email i got 4 months ago with -- is anyone there??-- and Voila! i got a response the next day.
