wetowne
When I bought my Heresies new in '77 I remember asking the salesman if he had any with the PWK logo, no he said, "Sorry, this is how they come now." I was a little disappointed. Turns out they're rare and worth beaucoup bucks now. I guess they were CNC laser printed. I never fully appreciated them until now, they actually are really quite nice. 44 years and I really never took a good look at them.

wetowne
I've seen eBay listings for over 100 a pair. That's crazy.
whamo2
I remember ordering the regular badges from Klipsch parts dept when they were only $2.22. I ordered extra for my Cornwalls so they could be badged naked and clothed. The prices nowadays are indeed crazy.

I'm tempted to pull these off and replace them with fakes.😁

OO1
KLIPSCH still make the Pie Badges , they are Original klipsch parts -----and they are not expensive to purchase , plus , very easy to install with peel off tape --
OO1
as far as Cheap aftermarket badges , they will lower the value of your speakers as some of these copies look horrible --the Klipsch Pie Badges are a no brainer , they are quite cheap to purchase from klipsch Parts -

boom3
For a while in the mid-70s, Klipsch had stationery that mimicked this badge.
boom3
I should have added that the "copper" portions were embossed and foiled (or printed with high-quality metallic ink). Not cheap I am sure. I have some older letters from PWK that had the printed 'three horns" image.
