Teja Posted March 8, 2021 Share Posted March 8, 2021 Our Klipsch RSB-11 soundbar system was working fine through the HDMI/ARC output of our LG OLED 65” TV (2016 Model) until we took the requested Software Update from LG, that came up onscreen with our last power-up. Now, no sound, even after checking power, connections and the LG’s settings (Sound Out, Simplync ON etc.) Nothing changed from 24 hours ago except the software update, and of course, TV and all channels/streaming working fine.
