kcurtis600
Just received these today, one cone has small dimple and a crease. Big deal, little deal? Send it back?
willland
IMO, send it back. You paid good money for showroom quality speakers and that is not what you have. Things do happen but a good dealer will make it right. Maybe they will let you keep them until the replacement pair arrives. Bill
wuzzzer
It won't affect the sound but if I had purchased them brand new I would want the woofer replaced.
babadono
Yep, If them's supposed to be "brand new" they ain't. Back they go IMHO.
inMotionGraphics
My one PRO-180RPC in-ceiling speaker arrived with a similar crease, although not even as long and noticeable as yours... I sent my local dealer a photo, and without hesitation or question, our Klipsch distributor sent a replacement. There is no doubt Klipsch will replace this speaker for you, so contact your dealer.
