Atomic4877
I am currently running RF-7 III's for my L/R channels in my 7.1.4 set up. I was wondering based on the horn/dispersion of these speakers, so would they be better as toed in/angled so both are pointing directly at the main listening position (tip of the triangle facing the seat), or less toe in so they aren't directly pointed towards the MLP? Amstaff
I lined my RF7's up where they are toed in so the line from the center of each speaker would intersect about a foot or so behind the MLP - I did not over think it. Not sure anything else would make a noticeable difference. Not sure if what I did would make an noticeable diff to any other position. Try it and see. Good luck 🙂
Moderators dtel Posted April 10, 2021 Moderators Share Posted April 10, 2021 I like to set the receiver in 2 channel and aim the mains so they sound best like that, as if it were only stereo. It seems crossing right in front of me works best, It seems like that is best (for me anyway), then the other speakers just blend in as they should but the mains are in the best position. I don't know if this is right or not but I know the mains are where they sound best. ? .

MTMarshall
I can't find any horizonal (or vertical) dispersion maps for these speakers. Are they wide? Narrow? Anyone know where to find those?
