I would rate those in Poor Condition, not even average. LS in Birch Raw in Avg/poor condition average $908. I would value those at $300-500, those are fixer-uppers. Of course, they wouldn't be authentic at that point....but could definitely be made to look better and be more solid. That's just me, though.
