It would be nice if they would make a reverse draft.  I'm getting a lot closer to pulling the trigger on a lang, waf is in the bag.

I wanted to come up with something funny; but I got nothing ... so I'll just say horseboat.

Trigger pulled?

Not yet.  Still need to measure out placement.  I would like to protect from the elements somehow.  Plus I hate spending money knowing the other stuff i need to spend on.  But bbq cant be denied.  Life isnt worth living without it.

Good idea, this is not a $100 smoker.

Ok I can't argue with that.

All I can add to the thread as an BGE owner is my experience and some pics.

I start every cook with a full load of lump charcoal. I've never had to add charcoal during a cook yet and my longest brisket took 14 hours. If I do steaks I just shut the fire down and I'm good to go next cook by topping off the charcoal.

All this smoking is done under a PAIR OF KPT-101s!

Just checked on mine.  Still 3 more months.  They said that they were working on February's orders currently.

Sounds like they need a sub contractor close by so they can keep a check on quality control. Or more employee's, it's a good problem to have, but do lose some orders because of the wait.
