Marvel
I made a recording of the '89 LaScalas I had, powered by my Moondog 2A3 amps. While I shot video of them on my phone, I recorded through an audio interface 24 bit/ 96K sampling. I tried a couple of different mic techniques, with different microphones. Trying to remember as it was over 10 years ago. I tried a coincident pair and and ORTF pair IIRC. I messed around until I got one that sounded the same played back as when I listened while recording. Once I had that, I should have tried some different speakers without changing the recording setup... but I never did. I would have been comparing to my Heresy IIs and JBL 4311s. Might have been interesting.

I watched them also, I thought they were helpful, and kind of funny at times, Trey and Jason are a good match. imo
