thebes
Well maybe "great" is a bit overblown. Interesting though, but: No corners https://www.realtor.com/realestateandhomes-detail/5939-Fieldstone-Rd_North-Chesterfield_VA_23234_M62130-09032
rplace
Wow, that looks like Madmen, Bewitched, Jeanie and the Brady Bunch had an orgy.
grasshopper
I have had the "pleasure" of trying to build things to fit a dome house... and the acoustics are crazy in them.
Moderators dtel Posted June 22, 2021 Moderators Share Posted June 22, 2021 The builder apparently had a problem building anything with straight lines so he put a curve on everything, Frank Lloyd Wright he wasn't.

JohnJ
That bathroom tile was in this place originally. The countertop and all the flooring is Seuss-like stuff!

Frank Loyd Wright - a few of my favorite quotes about his work: 'Never leave a piece of art out in the rain.' Falling Water is nicknamed 'rising mildew' I love his work but what arrogance. He fought with the structural engineer on the cantilever balconies in Falling Water, saying that there was plenty of steel. The engineer added extra steel and it turns out that there isn't enough. There is just barely enough to keep it together (the balconies are falling) and they are spending millions to fix this.
thebes
It is a creative approach to house building. However, it's obvious the architect never heard a corner horn
