kgrater
I need to replace my subwoofer of 20 years old. I have a home theater system with a Yamaha TSR-7810 AV receiver, 2 Klipsch Synergy F2 floorstanders, a Klipsch C1 Center, and two Polk surround speakers. The powered subwoofer I am replacing was a Polk PSW50 that is now emitting crackling noises. When it was working it was providing me enough bass for my somewhat smaller living room area in my manufactured home. I know the floorstanders deliver some low frequency output so I am just wondering what model Klipsch powered subwoofer would be a good fit with my other current equipment? wuzzzer
Any current model would work very well. I'd recommend a 12" size. Generally speaking it'll work better than a 10" for all applications.
