She's a pretty good funk and rock bassist, but in this clip she's demonstrating the surprising sound she can get with her new Donner Octave Pedal. As some of you will know, an octave pedal produces tones that are either or under the tones being played. The band is Tokyo Groove Jyoshi, and as usual, the sax player is really good. There's a bass-off in the middle, but it's bit lukewarm, not hot.
