hanksjim1
I have searched online high and low and can't come up with an example showing the install with gaskets, let alone a vendor to buy from... Question: When installing a woofer to the front of a baffle, what do folks use to seal the back of the woofer frame to the cabinet? I contacted SimplySpeakers, a reconing supplier, they said there used to be thin rubber/cork gaskets used, but no longer available. What do you guys use/recommend? The woofer in question is a 12" designed to be front and rear mounted.

Deang
Rope caulk. After you mount the driver and it presses out, use an exacto-knife and carefully remove the excess.
