Oicu812
I am picking up a pair of KP-2002-C, and I am wondering about the drivers. The woofer is supposed to be a KP-28-E, whereas the woofer for the Heresy 3 is a K-28-E. Are the KP-28-E and the K-28-E identical? @Dave A or @jimjimbo ??

It seemed to me that these were sorta H3's in a 2 way, that simply don't cover above 16k (which is fine because I can't hear much in that high part of the spectrum anyway...).

Oicu812
Well, after a month of listening to them... ...they are fantastic. I'm feeding them via the 100W RMS mono blocks, and the sound is simply divine! They hold their own with the 3002's at the power levels I'm feeding them. 1
Marvel
I have horns and drivers from some 3002s that I am using as tweeters with my MWMs. At the moment the K400 is pulling midrange duty.

The least expensive "Heresy 3" around. When I picked them up, I was amazed at the condition. No gunk in the rat fur. At all. No scratches, dings, or dents. No light rust patina on the screw heads. I guess that you can't get any closer in condition to a brand new speaker. I wonder how many people passed on them because they were "Professional" models, or because they only have 1/4" mono input jacks... As @Dave A so eloquently put it: “Pro stuff IS the best secret. Hands down no contest. If all you are looking for is awesome sound avoid veneer.”
