should be 1988, 7th week.  last 4 digits are number of speakers made.

Manufactured in 1988...........seventh week , so l3rd week of February 1988 ----the 2702 and 2703  is the only part I am not so sure about   , it could indicate that these speakers were the  nos 2702 and  nos 2703 Forte II speakers made up to that date -

the format changed based on years, info is in the link i posted above.  but yours are 53rd day of 1994.. then 4028 is the production number & what people use to confirm consecutive serial numbers.
