Apparently some of these guys here have never lived in a condo, or had a "beach/vacation condo". Heresy is a Condo speaker, maybe Forte, but not LS or Khorn typically. Downsizing to a condo and all of the benefits of that (no maintenance, no landscaping, no lawns to mow,) is typically a more compact lifestyle. Of course people on this Forum have never been shy about telling people that need to buy a new (bigger) house. Most on here don't understand the concept of a minimalist approach, or that direction and why it is attractive to so many people. You can generally tell about how old they are by if they are in the more, and more, bigger and bigger phase, or the time to let some of this go phase. At least if you sell them on here you will know they will be appreciated in the same way your dad did, and the way you will enjoy the perfect Klipsch set up you are keeping. Sometime, less is more. That's why I chose this forum first, I've followed updates on here from afar for a while. Great opportunity for someone who wants them. From Jubilees to Heresy's. Sad. So sad. It's terrible when one of our members suffers from EBAWS (emasculated by a women syndrome). Granted this affliction is more common than Covid, but still one cannot but hope that someday, after dropping a needle on that seldom played song" "Born Free" a mental shift will take place that will bring our errant friend back to the right side of the speaker size equation.

Units look nice If you're interested, the 5k for the pair of K-Horns and the 5k for the pair of La Scalas still stands. If someone in the tri-state area of New England wants to buy them they can pick them up locally, but when it comes to shipping them further away we can work something out. Not sure how these would be shipped though?

I currently live in CT, but for anyone interested in the tri-state area or on the east coast this is your chance. I know these loud speakers aren't for sale that often, and both pair's would be an excellent edition to your home theater setup so that you can enjoy them as much as my dad and our family have enjoyed them over the years. Klipschorn: Type: KBWO Serial: 10R518, 10R519 La Scala: Type: LS-BL Serial: 8511790, 8511791 Jeff , The La Scala were made in 1985 - 36 years old , the Khorns 1977 - 44 years old , GLWTS in the TRISTATE area -

The Khorns utilize what is otherwise, typically wasted/dead space....(the corners). If you find that you don't have room for them (what else is in their way??) Maybe you could put them into a low traffic room, essentially for storage. These were your fathers.....think out 10/20 years.... are you 100% sure you won't look back and regret having gotten rid of them? Not so much the speakers, but what they represent. In total agreement... hold onto them. Sell the condo..
