I purchased the new Klipsch computer speakers a few weeks ago and I haven’t been able to get them to hook up with Bluetooth on a brand new Dell laptop, my older laptop, or my iPhone X. I’ve contacted Klipsht probably 20 times and haven’t received a response

other than they’re busy and will get back to me. It’s been so frustrating I assume there’s something wrong with the unit if three devices can’t find it but will never know or will I try another one a risk going through this again. I’ll be returning it today to Costco and I’ll be sure let them now the terrible service there product comes with

I have received sadly because it sounded okay.

What a  true clownshow, disappointment and Joke 🐔
