These are David Culver scams. Dave has been running this scam *nationwide* for 10+ years and is making $1k+ per week because he publishes vintage audio equipment at dumb low prices ($150 - $300). He isn't available to see the item in person (seriously, how are people buying stuff sight unseen??), takes your money via PalPal friends and family to ship and never ships, and you can't get your money back from PayPal because you use friends and family because you are way too trusting.
