I just wanted to put out there my gratitude for the great customer service. Recently, I received the grill that covers my Klipsch bookshelf speakers. What a delight it was to open that box. The grill was carefully wrapped, in pristine condition, and attached was an invoice that graciously said, no charge. The lounge entertainment area in our home is now complete. And I thought I was just getting a tiny badge.

Welcome to the forum -  so klipsch Australia CS  are also top notch in these times of Covid limitations , yes , klipsch have done quite a few improvements and it shows -
