It is an original grille cloth sold by Klipsch. You normally see it on Heresy 2 Special Edition models, but you can also find it on the regular production pieces including all of the Heritage line from that time, but it is becoming fairly rare these days. The cane is what makes this pair more desirable for some folks (most, I would say...) over the normal black.
