hello. im new to the forum however have looked at it for years.

im installing new diaphragms in a pair of quartets and i cant seem to find a schematic.

one speaker had the green (+) to the - on the tweeter and the other was green to +.

i believe from what i can find the tweeter is to be wired out of phase. can any one verify this?

 thank you,

Green is positive black is negative if they are wired out of phase that would be done at the crossover and not the external wiring.

If you look closely at the plastic where the spade end connections are on your diaphragm you will see a + mark on one of the terminals on the top side. As stated black is to negative and the colored wire to the positive. 99% of the time the wires are crossed at the driver and not the crossover. Both deserve checking though
