Robert Gervais
I'm currently running a 7.2.4 system through a Denon 7200WA that is powering KPT-904s for my LCR. There's an opportunity to purchase a pair of Crown XLS 2000's. I would run the 904s off the two Crowns. Looking for suggestions/input/comments on this opportunity. TIA, RG T

TIA, RG T you would have tons of power that's for sure with the Crown amps , and way more punchy hard bass slam for the KPT 904 's dual 15's ( 4 in total )-
Emile
Running KPT-904's with a Crown K1 - absolutely GREAT! Also tried them with an XLS-2002 - excellent. Not familiar with the XLS-2000, but would expect them to be spectacular also Your Denon puts out about 150w/ch, but not sure how much output it has with all 5 channels operating. In my case I went from a 70W Marantz to the K1 and the difference was night and day

MEH Synergy
There is a Crown XLS 2502 for sale in the garage sale section 😏 No fan noise at all, zero. I've never even heard the fan come on....
jason str
Fans can be replaced or made adjustable relatively easy.

That's because you likely are using a fraction of full rated output. Switching power supply.

I have a PLX-1804 running Quarter Pies. 900 WPC amp running at less than a watt. Overkill, but it sounds good.
