Kaz Posted May 10, 2022 Share Posted May 10, 2022 Hi there, I've only had my headphones a week and it seems like there's something wrong with them. The three little lights on the case stay dark when I open it but the buds have power. As soon as I put the buds in and close them I can hear a beep every couple of seconds. Any ideas? I found out that it happens because the case itself is out of charge, and the buds are placed in the case without turning them off. Klipsch mentions in the link below that the case does not turn the buds off automatically if the former is out of charge. So I physically turn the buds off using the press and hold method to avoid the beeps, before placing them in the case. It is very strange to me how quickly the case discharges power before needing another charge.
