Ram18
Am toying between getting Klipsch 402s vs Klipsch 500M as surrounds. My living room is small 10 feet by 10 feet. My sofa is backed against the wall. So the speakers will be quite near at the back wall say 2 feet above my ears at the corners. The 402s are dipole while 500M are direct radiating speakers. The 402s costs $300 more. Wish to seek your experience which should I go for. Currently my fronts are Klipsch 6000f driven by Onkyo RZ 830 AVR and XTZ A2-300 power amp for HT. Appreciate your views.
wuzzzer
If you're going to go with Atmos speakers your surrounds should be direct radiating like the 500M. If not, a wide dispersion design like the 402S is a good choice.
