techNOlogics Posted June 4, 2022 Share Posted June 4, 2022 I'm trying to enter in the tracking number for a return and the drop down box has no options to pick a carrier. How am I supposed to give them the tracking number if I can't pick a carrier and it keeps giving me a "This is a required field." error?
