edzu1234
Is swapping out the diaphragms to polyimide on the tweeter and midhorn going to do the trick?...without any change to the crossovers?
OO1
No .the Forte 3 has a Titanium tweeter and a Titanium midrange driver , the Forte 4 has a Titanium tweeter and a Polyimide midrange driver and the crossovers are different , but how different ? who knows you would have to purchase a Forte 4 Polyimide midrange driver , and a Lascala AL-5 Polyimide tweeter , to have HF Polyimide drivers in the Forte 3 , but there would also be fitting issues for the tweeter lens as it is larger, and .......possibly . crossover issues .
