Here is something fun!  I had no idea where some of these bands were from!

Sorry, I believe 311 has sold more albums and had more albums/songs on the top 10 Billboards top 200 sales, so not sure why they chose Bright Eyes.  Heck, I wouldn't be surprised 311's self titled album hasn't sold more than all of Bright Eye's albums combined.  Sorry, though I like some of these bands on this list, this list is junk.

Might be on to something, though 311 was formed and recorded their first album in Nebraska, I do believe when their self titled album came out, they claimed to be from California.

Random people eh?  As long as the sample size was strong, it sounds like a reasonable approach to me. It may not be scientific in the sense that the WOKE generation hasn't approved of it, but it's good enough for mortal men.
