but I like to listen to music on 2 channels

or 60hz, or 40 Hz + Subwoofer klipsch R-115SW

I'd experiment between full range and crossing over to the sub at 60 Hz. Use an SPL meter to see which you like louder or better. Fwiw, I prefer using my subs on 2 channel because they can hit those lower notes cleaner but I don't know how the R-115SW performs in your room.

For music I would try setting your RF-7s to large and turning on double bass, main + LFE or whatever your receiver calls it to have bass from your sub and RF-7s.

subs  main + LFE crossover 120 or less at subs knobs? or Av marantz 7705?

Put the crossover on the sub itself as high as it will go.  Let your AVR control the crossover, LFE @ 120 Hz.

is confuse, in subs knobs 60hz , but in marantz main+lfe 120? or 60hz 

and RF7 III better 60hz , 40hz or large ?

My bad. (Note: I meant LPF on your sub and not HPF in the previous post. 125 Hz or full shouldn't make much difference if you set the crossover in the AVR) I'd leave the LPF on the sub where it is and crossover your RF7s to the sub @ 60 Hz on the AVR.
