I’ve just about figured out all I can about my Belles from this. However, my “wood/finish” code of “OC” is not defined I personally doubt the tag can be read as Oak Clear . Btw , your speakers are spectacular . I believe the tag should be read as " Oak Lacquer " , or OL , it is the person's hand writing which gives the impression of the letter C although it's really the letter L with a rounded shape . The kllipch Belle with oak veneer were available in the oiled oak which is OO , the historical reference lists Klipsch Belles oiled as OL which is a typo , - the second option , is OL or , oak lacquered and yes , lacquer is a light clear coat . Toecutter
Hi All, I have a pair of 1980 Heresy's and each driver has a Red 'H' stamped on them... I can't find much reference for the H other than one AI response that said it was an experiment Paul Klipsch Center channel Heresy speaker...? My Dog is dying to know... Anyone have any thoughts? Please and Thanks. Edited January 10 by Toecutter Hi All, added another anomaly, the tweeter has this weird thing? any thoughts?
