I guess the art and science of music reproduction continues to advance, and always will. That's wonderful, but it really adds up over the decades. Oh well, each upgrade makes the system more enjoyable at all volume levels, unlike with mods to bikes and cars that increase the potential speed or grip on the road, but are only noticeable in extreme riding/driving conditions, while an audio system upgrade is almost always enjoyable at normal listening levels.
