Techincal help

Recommended Posts

Hello! I'm not sure if this is the right place in the forum to ask technical question, please point me in the right direction if not..

I have a pair of "the fives" powered speakers alongside a "SPL100" subwoofer, the problem is that the speakers keeps freezing? The display doesn't respond to any commands, i can't even put it into bluetooth mode to see if there is a software update thats required. I can't find any firmware either... any help is welcome:)

The Fives - Factory Reset
  1. Using the selector wheel, select Phono, Analog, Digital or USB.
  2. Press and hold the pairing button located on the back of The Fives.
  3. While continuing to press the pairing button, press the "Sub Reset" button on the remote one time

reach out to klipsch tech support   , you may have a faulty component     if the warranty is still valid , action a warranty request  or  email a support request if the warranty is out

Tried doing a reset, but since the selector wheel doesn't do anything and the display is frozen it doesn't respond when i press the remote either. Any other suggestions? I've tried power cycling ...
