I'm not sure if this is the right place in the forum to ask technical question, please point me in the right direction if not.. I have a pair of "the fives" powered speakers alongside a "SPL100" subwoofer, the problem is that the speakers keeps freezing? The display doesn't respond to any commands, i can't even put it into bluetooth mode to see if there is a software update thats required. Press and hold the pairing button located on the back of The Fives. While continuing to press the pairing button, press the "Sub Reset" button on the remote one time reach out to klipsch tech support , you may have a faulty component if the warranty is still valid , action a warranty request or email a support request if the warranty is out https://support.klipsch.com/hc/en-us/requests/new 800-554-7724, between 9A.M.-4P.M.
