T5 II & App issues

Hi there, idn if there was a topic to this problem i bought yesterday a Klipsch T5 II and have issues to the connection on Klipsch App in my Phone when i want to connect T5 with App it doenst work first the app says connecting and than says it disconneted but the T5 is paired und ready to play music 

i did factoryreset on t5 reinstalling the app wasnt helpful and with another device i have the same problem

does anyone has the same problem and how was it solved?
