Jack10525
I’ve only had this sound bar a little over 2 years but it is already having audio issues. The sound bar audio cuts out and on making it unbearable to hear audio. It’s connected to a Samsung led tv via hdmi. I tried swapping the hdmi cable and reseating the power cable but this didn’t solve anything. Not sure how to troubleshoot this any further. wuzzzer
Use the TV’s optical digital output.
Jack10525
I tried that. Seems more like a power issue. Can’t get it to power on now.
wuzzzer
If you haven't already, disable the ARC in your TV and try powering it up again.
Jack10525
The sound power supply died. Tested and confirmed. Found a few threads online that this is a pretty common issue. Would be an easy fix if the power supply unit was available but it is not. I guess with klipsch products it worth it to buy an extended warranty. Any suggestions on a replacement bar? I have the sub and surround speakers. Would be nice if I could just find a replacement bar.

Check eBay, there’s usually people selling just the soundbar, just the sub, etc.
