Press and hold the Power and Source Select buttons simultaneously for a full 10 seconds.
Once complete, you will see the source LED light on the front of the bar turn Orange with three white LED's on top of it

VIP -Performing a factory reset will clear all user paired devices.  They will need to be re-paired after the reset is complete
