Question, am I seeing it right in the photos that you built a small wooden frame to attach the grill fabric in front of the squaker and tweeter? This is the same as factory install when they include grills. As well I installed flat trim around the bass bin to cover the exposed plywood edge. Just a little something I have done many times that really improves the look with little additional work. 1 Quote

I had found an old thread about the LaScala's peculiarity of having a resonance peak at around 160 Hz. I saw that you are an experienced Klipsch guy and that this is not your first restoration. What do you think of my answer?
