audiophile1963
Hi, I’m writing from Italy and I’m looking for fuse holders for my Klipschorn crossover, see attached pictures, one is damaged. In Italy It is impossible to find these, the Klipschorn model is old, around ’90. Could you help me? Kind regards Giuseppe Fossà

babadono
Surely some fine Gent on this forum has got a stash of these(although a lot of the good guys are gone.) OP @audiophile1963 would you pay the shipping if someone came up with these?
babadono
@seti can you maybe help this Gent out?
Peter P.
You want a bayonet cap for an AGC fuseholder. Do a search for that term. You don't need the entire holder but if it's easier to find them and just use the cap then do so. You CAN however, get just the cap. Here's one from Digikey. Hopefully they ship to Italy, or you can find them in the EU.
audiophile1963
Many thanks for your kind replies. It would be great if someone could get me just the cap or the whole thing (I'll get a couple spares for the future). No problem with soldering. I have no problem paying shipping, I've been buying hi-fi stuff in the US for years. Unfortunately there are similar but not identical fuse holders in stores and I'd hate to have to modify the original tray. There's this one for sale on Ebay (expensive but if there are no alternatives) I don't know if the connections are the same. Let me know if anyone has any. Thanks Giuseppe

audiophile1963
Good morning everyone and thanks again for your help, I founded the fuse holders and I replaced the old (see the pictures). When I bought this pair of Klipschorns, about 20 years ago, I had to restore them and the crossovers were missing. Living in Italy it is not always easy to find original parts and so I found as a replacement two AL-3 (see the pictures) crossovers which are the ones mounted on the Klipsch La Scala. Now, since I am very picky, I am looking for two ORIGINAL AK-2 or AK-3 (I don't know which is better), divided into two parts, one for the woofer inside the cabinet and the other for the mid and tweeter in the upper part. Could someone kindly help me? Best regards Giuseppe

audiophile1963
Reading some posts in the forum I see that the best choice is the AK-3 crossover Giuseppe
